Read a real example

“I cannot do this tonight.”

That sentence gives you a time frame. It does not, by itself, answer every question about your relationship.

Signal: She wants to stop tonight’s discussion.

Context: You do not yet know when she wants to return to it.

Next Move: Stop the discussion. If arranging another time is welcome, ask once.

“Okay, let’s stop for tonight. Would tomorrow evening work to come back to this?”

An educational example. A suggested time becomes an agreement only if you both agree.

A practical guide, without the guessing games.

Is this for my situation?

Start here if a request for space or a difficult message in an existing relationship has left you unsure how to respond. The guide focuses on pauses, contact arrangements, and your own next step.

Will it tell me what she really thinks?

No. It helps you separate observations from assumptions and identify what still needs clarifying. It does not promise to change her feelings or bring someone back.

What if she has asked for no contact?

Respect that request. You can use the planning page privately. Completing it does not require sending a message.

Do I need to buy anything else?

No. The guide includes its method, examples, planning page, and final check. You can use them without another purchase.

Can I fill out the PDF on my phone?

The planning page is designed for printing or copying into your own notes. It is not an interactive PDF form.
